"BAIT-&-SWITCH Scammers"

I decided to use this Telemedicine service for convenience. Bad decision!!!

I have been taking my high blood pressure medication for the last 16 years. My blood pressure is well regulated and stable. I was led to believe by them asking me the medication name, dosage, and the quantity that I desired that I would receive a 6-month supply for $69.99 or less -- which is a little less than going to my local physician. The doctor actually said that it would be $64.99, but in the end he still charged me the full $69.99.

The bigger problem was when he filled my prescription he only filled it for a 30-day supply, and told me my next visit would cost $99.99.

I dealt with this company in good faith. They countered with a misleading representation of what I was purchasing. Which in reality, was literally suposed to be, their PERMISSION for me to go and PURCHASE a 6-month supply of my necessary medication.

This is a typical BAIT-&-SWITCH SCHEME. Designed to get the patient to return far more often than is medically necessary at a much higher cost.

This is FRAUD and CORRUPTION. I highly recommend not using this company.

As for me, the next time I will go back to my local primary care physician. At least she's never tried to cheat me. I will never use another Telemedicine Service ever again.

This doctor is really good! They pay attention to details, and it's not their fault that the prescriptions are pricey—gotta blame the pharmaceutical companies.

Dr. Carrera was super professional and really helpful when it came to my medical concerns. She showed a lot of care and was quick to respond. I truly value the excellent care I consistently get from her and Push Health.

"Avoid Push Health at All Costs"
Seriously, don’t bother with Push Health. Their website says they offer certain services, but when you reach out, they just can’t deliver.

"No way to reach out when service fails"
Looks like I'm not the only one facing this problem. The provider was quick to send an eFax prescription, but when the pharmacy needed more info, they just went silent and refused to help. So, the pharmacy ended up canceling the prescription. Total waste of cash, and to top it off, I'm still feeling unwell after a week of trying to fix this mess. Stay away from these guys!

"Beware of this shady company..."
This company operates illegally by providing prescriptions without requiring a doctor's appointment. Their prices are way too high, and there's zero follow-up. There's no system to ensure that patients are safe or doing well on their meds. It's just too costly. I wouldn't suggest using them.

"Terrible Experience with Service"
This service was just awful. I paid and then waited nearly a week with no word from the 'doctor' who was supposed to help. I ain't ever using this again and I suggest others steer clear too.

"Total Rip-Off"
I had a similar situation to what others have described. I provided some details for a weight loss medication. The physician prescribed it without ever chatting with me or even asking a single question. When my insurance needed someone to handle a prior authorization, they told me to reach out to my primary care doctor. So, in essence, I threw away cash for a 'consultation' that was really just me filling out forms online. I think it’s pretty risky that a doctor was promoting some sketchy compounding pharmacy that was going to send me a vial for self-injection without even taking the time to talk to me or review my lab results. This same doctor is all over those concierge-style medical websites. It’s alarming and a massive SCAM. I feel like I got robbed.

"Terrible Experience"
What a nightmare! They provided a prescription, but my insurance needed additional details from them. The doctor at Push Health suggested I reach out to my primary care physician. I paid for the consultation with Push Health (not my PCP), and now they won’t give the follow-up info that the insurance is asking for. I feel totally ripped off!

"Terrible Experience"
I had high hopes for some assistance, but that didn’t happen. I turned to this service for specific medical guidance regarding my situation. I’ve got solid insurance, but the nurse practitioner I was paired with didn’t seem interested in helping and didn’t ask any questions. I didn’t fill out every single detail in the initial form because it would’ve taken forever. I included the key points related to my issue, thinking I’d have a thorough discussion with a doctor. Instead, I got no inquiries and just a prescription sent my way. I needed a Prior Authorization, but since the nurse didn’t ask the right questions, she filled it out wrong, saying no to crucial ones that my insurance needed for approval. When my insurance denied it, she got a bit rude and blamed me. I calmly pointed out that we should’ve discussed my medical history and current concerns. My insurance is putting in more effort to assist me than she is. I provided her with the necessary proof for my medical records, but she won’t appeal it. Even my insurance has reached out to her to help me out. I ended up wasting two weeks and $65 on this service with no assistance. I called customer support multiple times and left messages, but got no replies. It was incredibly frustrating and a total waste of time.

SAVE YOUR CASH AND TIME! Yeah, the 'doc' was super fast with sending an eFax prescription. But when the pharmacy needed more info, the 'doc' didn’t want to deal with it, so the pharmacy just nixed the prescription. So that was $65 totally wasted!

"Fantastic Experience Overall"
Overall, my experience has been fantastic. I've used Push Health about 4 or 5 times because scheduling with my primary care doctor takes ages, and my job often keeps me from being around.

Dr. Cheryl, my virtual physician, is super quick to respond and even reaches out on Sundays. That’s something you just don’t see with my local provider.

"Grateful for the weekend help!"
I really appreciate the assistance I got this weekend in setting up my first prescription for Ozempic. At first, I had my doubts about using your service, but I decided to give it a shot.
