Don’t waste your time with Push Health. Their online site claims they are able to provide specific services yet, when contacted, they can’t.

Same issue as other folks it seems. Fast response by provider to send an eFax prescription. But when the pharmacy requested additional information, they went dark and were not willing to handle the request so the pharmacy just cancelled the prescription. Waste of money completely, and worse yet, I am still sick after a week of trying to get this sorted out. Avoid this jerks!

I had an excellent experience. With a few text based exchanges, I was able to receive the medication my treatment required.

this is an illegal company sending prescriptions without a doctor visit. it's overpriced and no one follows up. no mechanism in place to make sure patient is safe or healthy on medications. very expensive. Do not recommend

What a bad service. Paid and waited for almost a whole week without any response from the "doctor" assigned. Wil never use this again and advise others to do the same

I had the same experience as others. I submitted some information for a weight loss drug. The doctor prescribed it without ever having a conversation with me or even asking me a single question. But when my insurance company needed someone to complete a prior authorization they told me to follow up with my primary care. So basically i wasted money for a “consult” which was really just me submitting information online. I find it a rather dangerous practice that a doctor was pushing some shady compounding pharmacy that was going to send me something in a vial for me to inject into myself when she didn’t even take the time to converse with me or see my labs. The same doctor is all over these concierge type medical sites. It's scary and a huge SCAM. I feel like my money was stolen

Horrible! They sent a prescription and my insurance wanted more info from them. The Dr at Push Health told me to ask my PCP. I paid Push Health for the consult ( not my PCP) and they refuse to follow up with the info that the insurance company is requesting. I feel scammed!

I was hopeful for help. I did not receive it. I used this platform to get isolated medical help in the issue I needed. I have good insurance. The Np I was matched with was not eager to help and asked no questions. I did not write an explanation to everything in the initial intake form as it would have been so lengthy. I wrote things of importance that was pertaining to my issue but imagined I would consult and talk to a dr in depth. I had zero questions asked and the np sent the script. I needed a Prior Auth and since the Np didn’t ask questions she filled it out improperly, answering no to questions that were important to the insurance approving it. When I got denied by insurance, she got snippy with me and told me it was my fault. I pushed back politely telling her that we should have had a conversation about my medical past and current issue . My insurance is working harder to help me than she is. I sent her the proof she needed for my medical records and she will not appeal it. Even my insurance has called her trying to help me. I wasted two weeks and $65 on this platform with zero help. I called customer service several times and left messages with zero response. It was very frustrating and such a waste.

My experience has been great. I have utilized Push Health 4 or 5 times due to my primary care Dr appointments take too long to schedule plus my job requirements don’t always allow me to be local.

My virtual Dr. Cheryl is very prompt and even gets back on Sunday’s. That is unheard of even with my local provider.
